The expression „Go-See“ originates in the modeling industry, where a model meets a potential client and introduces herself, along with presenting her professional references and portfolio. A photographer then quickly takes a polaroid picture. The model leaves her sedcard and the meeting is over. A paradox procedure, considering the intention to create timeless and stunning images on a upcoming shoot. Don’t photographers seek a special connection to models in order to be able to see if certain emotions can be transferred through them, to be able to create images with timeless emotional energy? For the project „Twelve“ twelve models were invited to individual portrait sessions. During these sessions a certain chemistry between model and photographer was provoked, revealing the true personality of the person behind the model, captured in photographs.
