Service Design for flexible car usage
The Bachelorthesis „Service Design for flexible Car Usage“ was done in cooperation with the BMW Group AG and its subsidiary firm the DriveNow GmbH. Aim of the thesis was to analyze the Car Sharing Service DriveNow from customers’ perspective and develop a Service Design concept to point out potential for improvement. Starting from these findings an optimized User Journey was created while the Premium User Experience was always kept in focus. Part of the redesigned Customer Journey are an over-worked DriveNow Interface Design as well as suggestions for a more intuitive usage procedure. Therefore the mobile app was completely restructured, the smartphone further integrated to the process. Additional to the part done in cooperation with the BMW Group AG, an electric BMW i concept car for two people was designed autonomously.
