Researching UX Research—In Analysis of User Research at Bosch
What are the potentials in sharing, re-using and connecting User Research at Bosch? After more than 150 projects and a Bosch wide implementation of a »UX Light-Version,« the question comes up, how to handle all the already collected and all the future insights of User Research. The Master Thesis »Researching UX Research« has been done in cooperation with the central department of User Experience at the Robert Bosch GmbH. The focus of this work was a user research about the same topic. You will find possible solutions in opportunity areas, insights, and visualizations of ideas which will serve as an impulse for Bosch.
