More and more people are interested in a healthier diet. I have been dealing with a vegan and raw food diet for a while and was able to experience positive effects of raw food. By trying out recipes and creating new dishes, the idea of my own recipe book was born. No matter what diet choice someone makes for themselves, to incorporate more raw food is a step towards a healthier lifestyle. With attention to detail and a touch of creativity, light, playful food images have emerged from my favorite recipes, with which I would like to invite you to try out my raw recipes.
