The main question in this project was how Design could help to solve problems in German education, without having to change the complex education system itself? Big comparative studies proof, that the most important coefficient for the learning outcome of a student is always the teacher. Looking at the teachingmethods and -contents the most effective factors are the training oft the cognition and the aesthetic education oft the children. The results in this project was is therefore an art workbook for children in their 5th academic year at middleschools. It is designed due tot he official curriculum and it is primarly concerned with the topic „Practical Painting Experience“.
