„I don't have time for this.“ - the book project „Activity in the Daily Routine“ refers to this statement and proposes to the reader how to create his daily routine more active without losing any time at all. Brushing teeth or sitting in the office for example are daily situations in which small exercises can be integrated to train certain parts of the body. The goal is to improve one's vitality, endurance, agility and body coordination. Manlike pictograms will lead the reader throughout the book and demonstrate in a humorous way when and how to execute those exercises. In addition the book tells the reader why daily exercises keep you healthy in the long term and even suggests possibilities for stress management.
